Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges to your door. All products must be returned undamaged in original packaging. All Pürr items must have an RMA number written on the outside of the box as outlined below. All claims must be returned with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to Pürr at the buyer’s expense. There will be no exceptions on returns and will be refused without an RMA number clearly written on the exterior of the Box. Any returned box must be the same original box and packing it was received by you (Buyer) it was shipped to you in. The returned product will need to include inside of box, your name, address, daytime phone number, RMA number and a copy of your sales receipt. Warranty will not be considered without a copy of your original sales receipt inside the box. Upon receipt, Pürr will use its expertise to decide on a repair, replace or refund on said item at their discretion.
Non Returnable Items
The following is not returnable to PÜRR at any time and will be refused.
Any Products older than 30 days.
Any product that is damaged or has been opened and returned in different packaging other than the packaging it was shipped in originally by PÜRR.
Any products without an authorized RMA issued by PÜRR
Any item purchased by someone else other than the Person returning it not authorized by PÜRR.
Any purchase outside of Pürr should be handled by said retailer the exhaust was purchased from directly.
Any System that was custom ordered or made custom by PÜRR Exhausts sold through any other retailer should have a PÜRR Pre authorization for a return contact Sales@Pürrexhaust.com
Limited Warranty
PÜRR Exhaust offers a limited warranty covering repair or replacement if said Exhaust has any issues due to faulty materials or workmanship it will be PÜRR’s discretion to fix. Any faulty exhaust replacement is returned to buyer at PÜRR’s expense. Any Non Warranted Exhaust is shipped back to Pürr at the buyers expense. The warranty does not cover any coatings, polishing, painting, etc. Pürr applies. It will NOT cover any re-coatings, re-polishing, or re-coatings of any kind. If said Pürr Exhaust has been improperly installed, crashed, welded, or modified it it will not be covered. Pürr Exhausts are built for off-highway use ONLY! PÜRR will disclaim all liability for products used in racing events, track or air strip events and/or any other Motorsports applications other specialty events.
Mufflers
Pürr Mufflers come with a 1 year limited replacement warranty. The muffler in question will need to have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the same warranty return policy as stated above. Once the product is received by Pürr, it will be evaluated to determine the reason for failure. If cause of failure is determined to be impact damage, the claim will be denied. If it is a defective part that caused the failure, then the said muffler will be replaced and shipped back to the consumer at no charge. If it is determined to be an issue other than part failure, then we can offer a replacement muffler at a discounted rate.
Performance Policy
If you are unhappy with your Pürr Exhaust if can be returned within 7 days for a refund minus a non negotiable 25% restocking fee. Pürr exhaust is not responsible for any return shipping. This is paid for by the end user.
